ముక్తి వరకు ఒక యోగి ప్రయాణం

"యోగి రాగం అనే నది ప్రవాహంలో మునగకుండా, ద్వేషం అనే మొసల్లకు చిక్కకుండా, సమత అనే పడవనెక్కి, సమవేదన అనే తెడ్డుతో ముక్తి అనే గమ్యాన్ని చేరాలి." ముక్తి వరకు ఒక యోగి ప్రయాణం పూర్వం, ఒక అందమైన గ్రామం దగ్గర రాగం అనే నది ప్రవహించేది. ఈ నది పేరు మాదిరిగానే ప్రశాంతంగా కనిపించేది, కానీ అందులో ఎన్నో ప్రమాదాలు దాగి ఉండేవి. గ్రామస్థులు చెబుతుండేవారు, "ఈ నది దాటగలిగితేనే మనిషి ముక్తి అనే పవిత్ర స్థలాన్ని చేరగలడు. అక్కడ శాశ్వత శాంతి ఉంటుంది. కానీ ఈ నదిని దాటడం చాలా కష్టమైన పని. ధైర్యం, సమత, మరియు ప్రేమ కలిగినవారే ఆ గమ్యానికి చేరగలరు."   ఆ గ్రామంలో  ఆదిత్య అనే యువకుడు ఉండేవాడు. బాల్యంనుంచి తన హృదయం ముక్తి గురించి విన్నప్పుడల్లా దాని వైపు ఆకర్షితమయ్యేది. అతని తల్లిదండ్రులు మరియు స్నేహితులు అతన్ని తగినంతగా హెచ్చరిస్తూ ఉండేవారు:   "ఆదిత్యా, ఆ నదిలో ద్వేషం అనే మొసలి ఉంది. అది నీ భయాన్ని, కోపాన్ని ఉపయోగించి నీమీద దాడి చేస్తుంది. ఆ నదిని దాటడం అంటే అతి పెద్ద సాహసమే."   కానీ ఆదిత్య వెనక్కి తగ్గే మనిషి కాదు. రహస్యాన్ని పంచుకున్న జయమ్మ!

ఒక చిన్న గ్రామంలో జయమ్మ అనే ఆడపడుచు ఉండేది. ఆమెకు మామిడి ఊరగాయ చేయడంలో ఊరంతా ఆమెను మించిన వారు లేరు. ఆమె ఊరగాయ రుచి చూసిన వారంతా, "జయమ్మ గారి ఊరగాయ తిన్నాక ఇంకేది రుచించదు!" అని అనేవారు. కానీ జయమ్మ ఊరగాయ చేసే విధానం ఒక రహస్యంగా ఉండేది. ఆమె ఎవరికీ చెప్పేది కాదు, కానీ ఆమె మనసు మాత్రం చాలా దయగలది. ఒక రోజు, గ్రామంలో ఒక పెద్ద పండుగ జరగనుంది. ఊరి పెద్దలు జయమ్మను పిలిచి, "జయమ్మా, ఈ పండుగకు నీ ఊరగాయ లేకపోతే రుచి ఉండదు. దయచేసి మాకు నీ ఊరగాయ చేసివ్వు!" అని అడిగారు. జయమ్మ సంతోషంగా ఒప్పుకుంది, కానీ ఆమె మనసులో ఒక ఆలోచన మెదిలింది. "ఎన్నాళ్ళని ఈ కళ నా ఒక్కదానికే పరిమితం చేయాలి? ఈసారి నా ఊరగాయ రహస్యాన్ని ఊరి పిల్లలకు నేర్పిస్తాను, తద్వారా ఈ కళ తరతరాలుగా నిలుస్తుంది," అని నిర్ణయించుకుంది. పండుగకు ముందు రోజు, జయమ్మ ఊరి పిల్లలను తన ఇంటికి పిలిచింది.
